How Willkeep Came to Be
Willkeep began as a small personal project in 2019, when two Bangkok residents found themselves helping an elderly neighbour locate critical household documents after a family health event. The process was slower and more stressful than it needed to be — not because the documents did not exist, but because no one in the household knew where to look or what categories of paperwork were important.
That experience led to a simple question: was there anywhere in Thailand offering plain-language, non-advisory education on how families typically organise their records? The answer, at the time, was largely no.
Willkeep was formed to fill that space — not as a legal or financial service, but as an educational resource. We develop and deliver structured programmes that help people understand what records matter, how to organise them accessibly, and how to communicate that structure to family members who may one day need to find things quickly.
Our Mission
Education, Not Advice
Everything Willkeep does sits firmly in the educational category. We explain how things are generally done. We share frameworks, checklists, and templates. We discuss common approaches and organisational structures. We do not provide individual recommendations, legal interpretation, financial planning, or any other regulated service.
This distinction matters to us, and we think it matters to participants too. People can absorb information more openly when they are not being sold an outcome. Our programmes are designed to inform, not to steer.
We also believe that the topics we cover — personal records, household paperwork, family business continuity — deserve to be discussed in a calm, considered way. These are sensitive subjects. Our tone and pacing reflect that.

Siriporn Thanadet
Programme Director
Siriporn brings over twelve years of experience in adult education and curriculum design. She oversees programme content and ensures every session is accurate, clear, and suitable for non-specialist audiences.
Kasem Wiriyapan
Workshop Facilitator
Kasem leads the hands-on cataloguing and document workshops. His background in records management and administrative systems makes him particularly effective at translating complex filing concepts into practical everyday language.
Nattaya Lertchai
Business Programmes Lead
Nattaya developed and manages the Family-Business Continuity Information Programme. She has worked with family-run companies across Bangkok for over eight years, helping leadership teams structure internal communication and role documentation.

Our Standards & Approach
We hold ourselves to specific standards across content quality, participant privacy, and the boundaries of what we do and do not offer.
Educational Integrity
All programme content is reviewed before delivery to confirm it remains within educational scope. We do not allow regulated advice to enter sessions.
Participant Confidentiality
Personal details shared during workshops remain confidential. We do not retain sensitive household information, and take care with how attendee records are stored.
Materials Accuracy
Checklists, templates, and facilitation guides are updated regularly to reflect changes in general practice. We flag areas where professional consultation is advisable.
Considerate Delivery
Estate organisation is a sensitive topic. Our facilitators are trained to pace sessions carefully, allow reflection time, and avoid language that feels pressuring or alarmist.
Small Group Sizes
We keep cohorts small so that participants can ask questions comfortably. For B2B programmes, we work with the business's own team rather than mixing corporate and individual attendees.
Ongoing Content Review
Our programmes are reviewed and updated at least twice a year. Participants who have attended previously may request updated materials if the programme content has been revised.

What We Stand For
Willkeep sits at a particular intersection: the practical need for organised household records, and the emotional weight that often surrounds conversations about legacy and continuity. We have spent several years developing a way of working that respects both sides of that intersection.
Record organisation, in the way we teach it, is fundamentally an act of care. When a family knows where to find important documents, they are less likely to face unnecessary administrative difficulty during an already difficult time. When a family-run business has documented its roles and processes, the people involved can have clearer conversations about the future. These outcomes do not require professional advice — they require knowledge, structure, and willingness to engage with the topic.
Our expertise lies in making that engagement as comfortable as possible. We select language carefully. We build materials that participants can actually use at home — not aspirational frameworks that sit on a shelf. We structure sessions around how adults learn, with time to absorb information before being asked to apply it.
Bangkok is a city where many families hold records in multiple languages, across physical and digital formats, spanning property in different regions. Our content acknowledges this complexity and provides organisational frameworks flexible enough to accommodate it.
We do not work with every enquirer. If someone's situation clearly calls for professional advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — we say so and encourage them to seek the right kind of support. Our role begins where general education is genuinely the most useful next step.
